What types of diamonds do you supply?
We only supply loose Eqiux™ Diamonds which are real diamonds that have been ethically grown in a laboratory. Often referred to as lab-grown diamonds.
The rough diamonds are then cut to the very highest quality, ready for sale to the most discerning customers worldwide.
Are Eqiux™ Diamonds, Real Diamonds?
YES. Eqiux™ Diamonds are Real Diamonds, however, unlike traditional diamonds which form deep within the Earth (which is then mined and disturbed to extract them), Eqiux™ diamonds are real diamonds that are lab-grown in controlled, sustainable environments, replicating the natural growth process.
This process allows for the creation of ethically sourced real diamonds with the same crystal structure, consisting of tightly bonded carbon atoms and chemical, optical and physical properties visually indistinguishable from their mined counterparts—offering flawless clarity, exquisite sparkle, and timeless elegance.
Are Eqiux™ Diamonds Simulants?
NO. Eqiux™ Diamonds are not simulants. Eqiux™ Diamonds are real diamonds that are lab-grown in controlled, sustainable environments, replicating the natural growth process and have the same crystal structure, consisting of tightly bonded carbon atoms and chemical, optical and physical properties as natural mined diamonds.
Simulant diamonds are as the name suggests, a material that ‘imitates’ the look of diamonds, but they are chemically different. They may resemble real mined or lab-grown diamonds in appearance but do not share the same chemical structure or properties. Common simulants include cubic zirconia (CZ), moissanite and glass. While they can be visually striking, simulants differ from real diamonds in terms of hardness, refractive index, and durability. They are easily mass produced and hence a fraction of the cost of real mined or lab-grown diamonds.
Do I need to register an account to purchase Eqiux™ Diamonds?
For KYC, AML, shipping and warranty reasons, you do need to register an account when you purchase Eqiux™ Diamonds directly from us.
If you are purchasing an Eqiux™ Diamond via an Eqiux™ retailer, or a third-party marketplace or auction you will need to comply with their own policies and regulations.

How are Eqiux™ Diamonds priced and what is the Diamond Configurator?
Each Eqiux™ lab-grown Diamond has its own unique attributes (specifications and features) hence there is no simple set retail price for a Diamond.
Eqiux™ lab-grown diamond prices are based on the Rapaport Diamond Report, a globally recognized pricing benchmark updated monthly. This report reflects the international demand and availability of mined diamonds, which in turn influences lab-grown diamond pricing.
Larger diamonds cost disproportionately more per carat due to rarity and market demand.

Where can I purchase Eqiux™ Diamonds?
Eqiux™ Diamonds are sold on our website, on international online marketplaces and auctions and by Eqiux™ retailers.
To purchase direct from our website you submit your specifications, and then we curate a tailored list of diamonds that closely match your preferences. We charge a curation fee for this service upfront. (The curation fee is fully deducted from your final purchase if you choose a diamond from the curated list).
Eqiux™ Diamonds are in high demand and specified by customers of jewellers worldwide, hence we are unable offer a static stock for you to choose from.
We do list Eqiux™ Diamonds on established international online marketplaces and auction platforms ensuring a competitive and transparent fair marketplace for our sought after Eqiux™ Diamonds.

Why does my invoice have Tradease Ltd as the supplier?
Tradease Ltd is the registered name of our UK Company based in London, England. Eqiux™ is the internationally recognised trading and brand name of our Diamonds.

What payment methods do you accept ?
For purchases directly from us, we primarily accept payment via Bank Transfer and Escrow.
If you are participating in an auction or buying on a third-party marketplace, payment will be handled according to their policies, which may include options like bank card or bank transfer.
Please ensure that payments are completed promptly to facilitate the processing of your order.

How can I track my order ?
We send all orders via recorded and tracked delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel’s status through the delivery company’s tracking app or website.

How do I know my Eqiux™ Diamond is Authentic and not a counterfeit?
Every Eqiux™ Diamond is laser etched with a unique ID number on its girdle by the testing lab following its meticulous grading process.
The Diamond is collected by us and final inspection carried out by our staff in the UK.
Each Eqiux™ Diamond goes through a rigorous quality control and packaging process.
Each Eqiux™ Diamond is secured in it’s own anti-tamper sealed aluminium container, which safely held on an Eqiux™ Gift Case which in turn is sealed in a tamper proof shipping case.
The laser etched ID number is visible through the glass window of the sealed aluminium container.
Every Eqiux™ Diamond is delivered directly from our own quality control, packaging and dispatch department in the UK to your address by secure courier.
Do you provide quality reports with your Eqiux™ Diamonds?
Yes, we provide quality reports with every Eqiux™ Diamond.
We always use independent highly respected Gemological Testing Labs to thoroughly test and provide reports on every Eqiux™ Diamond.
The report number is visible on the sealed anti-tamper case and it is also lazer etched onto the girdle of the diamond itself.
Each certification provides a comprehensive report on the diamond’s 4Cs—color, clarity, cut, and carat weight—and verifies its origin, helping you make a confident, informed purchase.

Which are the testing laboratories where Eqiux™ Diamonds are tested and graded?
Each Eqiux™ Diamond undergoes thorough evaluation by premier gemological testing laboratories:
- The Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
- The International Gemological Institute (IGI).
Each certification provides a comprehensive report on the diamond’s 4Cs—color, clarity, cut, and carat weight—and verifies its origin, helping you make a confident, informed purchase.
How long does it take for my Eqiux™ Diamond to be delivered to me?
The time from Order through to Delivery depends upon where your purchased your Eqiux™ Diamond.
If you purchase direct from our website the process is approx. 7-8 work days:
- Day 1. You use the Diamond Configurator and submit your specifications to create your order.
- Day 1-2. We then curate a tailored list of diamonds that closely match your preferences and it is emailed to you. (We put a temporary hold on those Diamonds at the creation labs).
- Day 1-2. You choose your preferred Diamond from the curated list and make your balance payment.
- Day 2 – 5. We then make the appropriate import and customs arrangements for the Diamond to be shipped to our UK quality control, packaging and dispatch department.
- Day 6. The Diamond undergoes thorough quality control and is securely packaged.
- Day 7 – 8. The Diamond is shipped to your address.

If you purchase from a third-party marketplace or Eqiux™ Retailer, they will have their own order and shipping procedures and estimated delivery times.
