Compliance with International Laws.

Due to the nature of our products, which include precious stones, we are bound by and strictly comply with international laws and regulations regarding counterfeit goods, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention. As such, all returns and refund requests, for purchases made from us directly or via Auction Websites are subject to rigorous inspection. Any suspicious activity, including attempts to return counterfeit or tampered products, will be withheld, reported to the appropriate authorities for further investigation and your account suspended. In addition we reserve the right to claim for costs and damages.

Purchases directly from us. 

Refund Request Process: When you make a purchase directly from us, to request a refund please contact us with your account details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We aim to process all refund requests within 7-10 business days.

Confirmation and Processing: We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you received notification that you have been approved for a refund and you haven’t received the refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. If it is not in your bank account then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

One-Time Refund: Please note that refunds are granted only once per order. Subsequent refund requests for that order will not be considered.

Auction Purchases.

Refund Eligibility: When you bid and win a product supplied by us at Auction, you are bound by the terms of the Auction house. To avoid confusion and duplications, we do not accept direct requests to us for refunds for Auction purchases. Auction purchase refund requests must be made via the Auction website and complying with their terms and conditions.

Third Party Purchases.

Links to Third-Party websites: For your convenience, we offer direct links to third-party websites where you can explore their products and services. If you choose to use or find out more about their products and services, you will be directed to their website, where any interactions and transactions will take place.

User Discretion and Choice: When you click through to any third-party websites, you do so by your own choice. Any use of their services or product purchases will be governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth by the third-party.
